Water Stations

Want to volunteer but you're too far away from the Start and Finish Line? There are 15 Water Stations along the race routes that you can help at!

You must arrange your own way there.

*Note: Road closures in effect.

Task Details: 

Instructions for Setup:

  • Line cups along table
  • Scoop water or Gatorade into milk jugs
  • Pour content into cups (only 1/3 – 1/2 a cup!)
  • Hold cups out for participants to grab
  • Cheering is appreciated!

Instructions for Cleanup (after last runner):

  • Pour content out of cups
  • Toss in garbage bags
  • Step on garbage bags to flatten cups
  • Pour content out of water and Gatorade coolers
  • Disassemble tables, pile garbage for easy pickup

Your responsibilities include:

  • Helping with setup and teardown of your water station
  • Distributing water and Gatorade to the runners
  • In case of emergency, call 911 (with exact location)
